| 2. After coloring chipboard, place holes in
symmetrical fashion on the letter. Each letter will dictate a different but logical placement of the holes. Tie one end of elastic to the letter, thread beads and then tie off the other end. You will use less elastic if using the item on a paperback book. We adjusted the elastic to a common sized hardback book, similar to the size of a bible. We placed brads in the "elastic" holes to decoratively cover the openings. We added the flower embellishment. |
