1. Materials: |

| 2. The little pre-made matchbook note pads that
can be purchased online are nice, but they are only available in glossy cardstock. You can make your own, in any size, texture and color you desire. Our example shows both a 3" x 5" scratch paper and some half that size (3" x 2 1/2"). 3.
Cut a piece of cardstock 3 1/8" wide, leaving the length at |

| 4. At one end of the cardstock, score at 3/8".
Working down from that score line, score the cardstock again at 3/8". Staple the cardstock on top of the scratch paper as shown. |

10. Variation: Make a quick "get well" gift by
substituting a tea bag for the paper. Simply modify the pattern width by laying down the gift contents onto the cardstock and adding 1/8 to 1/4 inch to each side, which allows for coverage of the item. |

| 11. Variation: Substitute any
small gift (earrings, necklace, wine charms, tie clip) into the matchbook. See instructions directly above for pattern modification.
