1.  Materials:
* any solid colored gift bag
* a small flat cello (non-gusset) bag OR a piece of vellum
* a piece of coordinating cardstock for stamped card
* a safety pin
* 8-10 brads, depending on preferred placement
* 1/16 inch circle punch

2. Cut vellum or cello bag front (non-seam) to desired size.

3. Ensure finished hand stamped card is 1" to 1 1/2" smaller in
    width and height than the pocket.

4.  Place holes in vellum/cello, using the small circle punch,
     for brad placement.

5.  Place vellum/cello pocket onto gift bag.  Using the holes
     punched in step 4 as a guide, use the safety pin to prick
     little holes into the gift bag. These pin pricks are just enough
     to enable the brads to be pushed easily through the bag.

6.  Tip:  To coordinate brad color with the project, dip the
     brad into desired color pigment ink using needle nose pliers.
     Cover well then dip into clear embossing powder and heat emboss.
     Or, hold brad with the pliers and heat with the heating tool.
     Dip brad into colored embossing powder, heat again. Repeat
     until you have desired coverage.
